Roger Quintero / General Manager
Roger is part of RFS’s founding team and serves as the General Manager. In this role, he is responsible for overall operations and monitoring project status, including cost control, schedules, quality control, and safety. On a day-to-day basis, he takes care of the Manufacturing, Design & Engineering teams. With over 10 years of experience in design, architecture, and construction, he is committed to the company’s constant growth and offering clients the best possible experience, whether it’s scheduling an initial estimate appointment or general troubleshooting.

Ale Hawkins / Accounting
Ale is responsible for managing all financial-related activities of the company on a day-to-day basis. She plans, implements, controls, and reports the gathered information to be used in decision-making processes for future improvements. Ale is known for her expertise in reducing costs by analyzing every process and finding ways to improve them. Prior to joining Ready Frame Systems, she had worked for over 15 years in other companies and helped them succeed through her knowledge and extraordinary passion, care and honesty.

Leo Moreno / Sales
As an inside sales representative for Ready Frame Systems, Leo Moreno performs various activities to achieve his sales goals. He sources new sales opportunities by contacting potential customers and building rapport with them. He understands their needs and requirements and offers them the best solutions for their projects. He routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. He also closes sales himself and meets or exceeds his quotas. He researches accounts, identifies key players, and generates interest in Ready Frame Systems' products and services. He teams up with channel partners to leverage their network and expertise.
